PTFS ATC Booking is a scheduling board for our Pilot Training Flight Simulator ATC team. It lets pilots reserve takeoff and landing slots in advance instead of stacking up in the pattern, and lets ATC see exactly who's coming in and when.

1. Book before you fly. Reserve your slot on the Booking page before requesting clearance in-game.
2. Show up on time. Be ready at your airport within a few minutes of your booked time. Slots left unused for too long may be given up.
3. One slot at a time. Don't book multiple overlapping slots — leave room for other pilots.
4. Use your real Roblox username. ATC will use it to confirm your booking in-game.
5. Cancel if your plans change. Remove your booking from the list as soon as you know you can't make it, so someone else can take the slot.
6. Follow ATC instructions in-game. A booking reserves your slot in the queue — it doesn't replace normal clearance procedures.
